We believe in using the best possible ingredients in our process. We use heritage barley (Golden Promise) and team it up with specialty malts including Chocolate and Crystal - each adding a unique and complex flavour profile to your spirit.we offer offer a variety of casks from a wide range of distilleries in Scotland.

Golden Promise
A revered Scottish barley, cherished by distillers for its creamy sweetness and gentle malt character. Golden Promise brings warmth and texture to the spirit — a foundation of richness born from traditional cultivation and patient craftsmanship.

Crystal Malt
Carefully kilned to draw out natural sugars, Crystal Malt offers tones of honey, toffee, and roasted grain. It deepens both colour and complexity, giving the whisky a rounded, artisanal sweetness.

Chocolate Malt
Darkly roasted and full of character, Chocolate Malt contributes whispers of cocoa, spice, and charred oak. Used with precision, it adds depth and drama — a craftsman’s touch that lingers in every sip.

We possess the smallest tailor-made kiln in Scotland. We can do our own kilning & peating which gives us the flexibility to adjust the level of peatiness in your new make spirit.
