We handle everything from formulation and distillation to maturation, bottling and compliance — so you keep creative control while we ensure consistency, provenance and premium finish.

Step-by-step approach for clients

Initial enquiry — Tell us about your project: concept, target style, projected volume and any brand requirements. Attach briefs or references if available.

Confidentiality & NDA — We sign an NDA to protect recipes, formulations and commercial details before detailed discussions.

Feasibility & consultation — Technical review with our master distiller: assess raw materials, cask availability, regulatory needs and recommended process (mashbill, yeast, cut points).

Sample & formulation — We create small pilot runs or sample sketches for approval — flavour profile tuning happens here until the recipe meets your brief.

Commercial proposal — We provide a transparent quote covering production, maturation, warehousing, bottling, testing and compliance fees.

Contract & schedule — Sign the service agreement which defines deliverables, ownership of spirit, payment milestones and timelines. We confirm production and maturation schedules.

Production & QA — We execute mashing, fermentation and distillation under strict quality controls. Regular tasting notes are shared during the process.

Maturation & cask management — Select cask type/ageing program with guidance from our team. We manage warehousing, conditioning and sampling throughout maturation.

Bottling & finishing — Final blending (if required), filtration choices, proofing and bottling are completed to spec.

Delivery & aftercare — We arrange shipment, regulatory paperwork and follow-up support (marketing assets, tasting notes, and repeat production planning).
